Speed shooting, with a BOW?

Up until now I used to think shooting THIS fast with a bow was impossible and I hated Lord Of The Rings.

And what's the point in posting it? What's it got to do with Guerrilla Warfare?

Well sometimes you haven't got access to guns. Guns are difficult and time consuming to build, not to mention finding ammo, but most people could fashion a rough bow.
